Italian Sandwiches
"Hot Italian Sandwiches" : I never heard somebody who try this sandwiches and dislike. The good thing about these sandwiches are they are very easy to ready in short time for a huge crowd.
Ingredients : Hoagie rolls, Salami, pepperoni, Fresh smoked Hum, thinly sliced mozzarella, stick butter, Giardiniera mix and dry Italian seasoning.
Instruction : Mix butter with Italian seasoning and paste on the inside of the roll evenly. Now put 2 slices of each from salami, mozzarella, hum, Giardiniera mix accordingly. Now preheat oven to 350F then put your toast inside and bake for 8 to 10 minutes but if you want a toast you can bake more. Be Careful before putting inside the oven press the sandwich well. After taking out from oven your Hot Italian sandwich become ready for serving.

Chupal Kebabs
"Chupal Kebabs" : As today I was sitting outside on a sea side view with my girlfriend. Because of cloudy, cool and rainy weather she suddenly ask me about which food you will prefer for your lunch in such weather. The only recipe which comes to my mind at that time was "chupal Kebabs" because I once tried this in such weather and whenever I think about "Chupal Kebabs" a rejoicing taste come to mind whom I will never forget and it cooking is also not very difficult.
Ingredients : Minced Beef 1 pond, 1 very fine chopped onion, dry coriander 2 tablespoons, 1 cup of finely chopped fresh mint leaves, I cup of fresh green finely chopped coriander along with stems, 3 to 4 green or red chopped chilies but it is optional, Finely chopped green onion 3/4 cup, 3 tablespoon salt for taste and corn oil (for broiling), 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Cooking :It having two cooking ways roasting in pan the other one broiling but I prefer Roasting one.
1- Mix all these ingredients in a big bowl very well except oil and left it inside bowl for 10 to 15 minutes then makes patties of meat mixture about 3 inches round and 1/2 inch thickness.
heat oil in a pan over medium heat remember oil layer in pan be like 1/4 inch. Now putt your patties and fry it until become brown it will take 2 to 3 minutes then rotate it and cook from other side during cooking you will smell a very delicious flavor and repeat rotating process of patties until it become golden brown form each side and don't cook it over high heat your patties become golden brown early but meet will not be cooked.
2-In broiling method putt your patties on cookie sheet and brush with corn oil and then placed it under broiler grill each side might need 40 seconds.
Serve it hot along with flat bread, spicy ketchup.

Thi Fried Noodles
As there are a lot of noodles types but "Thi fried noodle" having their own taste and cooking way. It is the street food of Thailand.
Major Ingredients required for this food are Rice stick noodles, eggs, Broccoli, chicken, salt some sauce materials like soy sauce, oyster sauce etc.
In its cooking procedure Noodles cook through same boiling procedure then drained well. Later in a wok, oil is heated and garlic chicken is fried then crack egg is added after that noodles and Broccoli are added and finally sauces added and cook for few minutes more.

Baked Parmesan Zucchini
"Baked Parmesan Zucchini" : Ingredients required for making ready this recipe are: 4 Zucchini of medium length, olive oil 2 tablespoon, chopped freshly parsley 2 tablespoon, dried basil 1/4 teaspoon, Grated Parmesan 1/4 cups, Oregano dried 1/2 1/4 teaspoon, dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon, garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon finally salt and pepper according to taste.

Mini Shepherd's Pot Pies
"Mini Shepherd's Pot Pies" : If you want to add new recipe in your weekly kitchen menu I will advise you to pick shepherd's pot pies it will increase the beauty of your menu. It look difficult to cook but actually not if you follow the steps properly.
Ingredients required are: 1 box of pie crust, 1/2 chopped onion, Beef broth 1/2 cup, butter 1 teaspoon, Green giant vegetable 1/2 cup from packet, lean beef 1/4 Kg, salt 1/3 teaspoon, pepper 1/4 teaspoon, 24 oz mashed potatoes.
Step 1 : Heat the oven up to 450F.
Step 2 : By using round cutter make round shape of pie crust and then give them shape of muffin cup by using cup models and finally let to bake for 5 to 7 minutes until become light brown.
Step 3 : Re set oven to 350F and put vegetables ingredients from packet to a microwaveable bowl put 2 or 3 teaspoon water and cover the top of bowl with plastic, put this inside oven for 3 minutes.
Step 4: take pan heat it add butter when it melt and become hot enough add onion cook by stirring until it become translucent then add beef cook for 8 to 10 minutes then add pepper and salt. Finally ad beef broth and cook until all liquid get absorbed and mix the already cooked vegetables from bowl.
Step 5 : Now in pie muffin cups( cooked in step1) fill each cup with 1/4 of beef mixture and top side of cup with 1/4 mashed hot potatoes.
Step 6 : Putt these filled cups in oven which is now at 340F for 30 minutes until pie crust become golden brown and mashed potatoes become light brown
Step 7 : Take out from oven. Food is ready now don't serve just after taking out from over. Wait at least 15 minutes before serving.

Now put olive oil in pan and heat it on medium fire then add onion and sausage and fry until it become brown and soften. It will take maximum 5 minutes. Now ad other ingredients Green Giant packet, milk and chicken broth stir and cook for 15 to 20 minutes by covering the top of pan. season to taste pepper and some salt food is ready but before serving don't forget to sprinkle top with cheese and parsley.

The Biggest Loser Salad
"Biggest Loser salad" : It was first prepared by a white house chef "Sam Kass" encourage people to eat salad instead of junk food. Later become famous by biggest loser salad of white house. Actually it is very easy to ready this salad with in few minutes. let see how ?
Required ingredients are 1 head of lettuce, 1 tea spoon honey, 1 cucumber, lemon juice 4 tea spoon, olive oil 3 cups, a bunch of basil, half or 1/4 onion, 1 fresh tomatoes, honey 1 tea spoon.
Now ready the vegetables by peel onion and sliced as small as possible, peel cucumber and cut into bite size pieces, cut tomatoes into bite size. After washing and drying cut the lettuce into bite size too. Finally chop basil into large size. Add all these ingredients in large bowl and mixed genteelly so all ingredients mixed well and don't lose their freshness. Now add lemon juice, honey, olive oil in air tight container and shake well now pour it on the salad for dressing and toss the salad. Garnish some salt if you want. your biggest loser salad is ready for serving now. Try to serve it soon after getting ready.

Tuzda tavuk recipe
"Tuzda Tavuk" : It is a Turkish recipe having its own way of cooking which make it a very special chicken recipe.This recipe was first cooked by a Turk chef in "Hataı" a province of Turkey and become popular in "Hataı" Cuisine later become popular all turkey because of its uniqueness in cooking.

when it is taken out from furnace. Salt become very hard just like a solid ball.

Baklava
"Baklava " : It is a pastry type sweet inside full of dry fruits. It is famous in all over the world because of it sweet taste and special cooking procedure but in Turkey and Azerbaijan It become king of theirs sweet cuisine. Their women cooked on Holy vacation of "Eid" and easily available at bakeries.
Its cooking procedure is very interesting. Usually a large flat pan is taken then make few layers of "phyllo" dough. Now putt some butter oil in the pan lay down the dough layers into the pan on these layers put minced dry fruit including nuts,pistachio,hazelnuts, now putt some other layers of dough then make a line cut make pieces what ever kind you like such as rectangular triangle heart shapes etc.and then put the pan into oven at 180 for 30 minutes during that time boil some more butter oil and rose water on small pot. when you takeout the pan from over just our that oily liquid on it and your sweet is ready now sir.
Serve it after getting cool.

Zarda rice recipe
"Zarda" : It is a sweet recipe of rice famous in sub-continent region including Bangladish, Pakistan and India. Usually cooks on religious events, family gathering and marriages.
Ingredients required for its cooking are rice 1/2 Kg (putt them in water for 20 minutes), 2 cups of sugar, 15 Almonds, 15 pistachios (put almond and pistachio in hot water for some time and remove the outer skin of almond and sliced then in small pieces), 6 cloves, 1 cup cooking oil, 100g fruit pickle cut into small cubes shape, food color (yellow, green, red)
Now in a pot takes 8 cups of water and heat it when it start boiling add rice along with cloves. cook it for 10 to 15 minutes then filter water from rice and let it to dry. Now putt these boiled rice in a big flat plate putt color, sugar, fruit pickle, almonds and pistachio and mix them genteelly. Now putt oil in the pot and heat it add rice mixture and cook on medium heat. When the sugar (glucose secretion) become dry close the pot with cap so it become air tight and now cook on very low heat for 10 minutes. Food is ready and after serving this food people like to drink tea.

Pesto Pasta
"Pesto pasta" : Pesto is an Italian word which is used for a sauce made up of finely crushed basils, nuts blended inside olive oil, Fiore sardo (cheese from sheep milks), and garlic. While Pasta is also an Italian word. It is a staple food, easily to say noodle type made with the wheat flour. Historically the birth place of pesto pasta was Italy. According to historical books it date backs in 1154. But now very popular all over the world just not only in Italy.
It is very easy to ready pesto pasta with in few min. that having variety of vegetables in it. Total time it takes for preparation is less than half an hour. So, it is the best recipe to do in your busy schedule that will gave you taste as well as time savage.
In its preparation, required ingredients are diced mozzarella cubes 1/2 cup, basil pesto 1 cup, olive oil 4 table spoon, medium shell pasta 12 ounces, asparagus 1.5 pound cleanly trimmed, salt, black pepper for taste, drained sun dried tomatoes in olive oil 1/2 cup.
Now preheat oven to 450 F and putt some oil on baking sheet which will prevent it from sticking. According to instructions on pasta packet putt it into large pot of boiling water along with salt and drain well after taking out. Putt asparagus in the form of one layer inside the baking sheet of oven. Garnish pepper, salt and little olive oil then put it inside oven for 10 minutes. when you will take out it will become crispy from outside then cut them into 1 inches pieces. Now in large plate or bowl combine the ready ingredients of boiled pasta, cooked asparagus, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, pesto. Food is ready and served it with cold drinks.

Steamed dumplings
"Steam Dumplings" : The most delicious food I ever try at lunch time was dumplings. It having a never ending taste which store in memory and when ever you saw dumpling you want to eat it again.
It is a central Asian recipe and known there as "Mantu" but because of it rejoicing taste it famous all over the world. That is why it know having a variety, Every country having its own cooking procedures.
In its cooking procedure of steam dumplings "Mantu" the major ingredient is wonton wrapper whom you can easily found at all nearby food stores. If any case it is not available you can make it with floor at home other ingredients are 1 finely chopped onions, 1 kg minced pork meat or if you don't like it. you can add minced lamb meat or chicken, chopped red chili, 1 tea spoon of coriander powder, minced 3-4 garlic cloves, 3 tea spoon vegetable oil, bunch of fresh mint for garnishing and 1 tea spoon black pepper.
Heat oil in fry pan and cook onion until become transparent then added the minced rest of all ingredients fry on medium heat until meat become brown then close fire let it to become a little bit cool after that with tea spoon take meat mixture at the center of wonton wrapper after that fold it for creating dumplings and seal it by your wet fingers at corner. Try to make a neat parcel by repeating folding at corners. Place the dumpling in steamer for 30 minutes for cooking when you will take out from steamer your food will be ready.
Before serving garnish mint leaves and you can also spooned over a little sour sauce if you want.
