Pesto Pasta


"Pesto pasta" : Pesto is an Italian word which is used for a sauce made up of finely crushed basils, nuts blended inside olive oil, Fiore sardo (cheese from sheep milks), and garlic. While Pasta is also an Italian word. It is a staple food, easily to say noodle type made with the wheat flour. Historically the birth place of pesto pasta was Italy. According to historical books it date backs in 1154. But now very popular all over the world just not only in Italy.
It is very easy to ready pesto pasta with in few min. that having variety of vegetables in it. Total time it takes for preparation is less than half an hour. So, it is the best recipe to do in your busy schedule that will gave you taste as well as time savage. 
In its preparation, required ingredients are diced mozzarella cubes 1/2 cup, basil pesto 1 cup, olive oil 4 table spoon, medium shell pasta 12 ounces, asparagus 1.5 pound cleanly trimmed, salt, black pepper for taste, drained sun dried tomatoes in olive oil 1/2 cup.
Now preheat oven to 450 F and putt some oil on baking sheet which will prevent it from sticking. According to instructions on pasta packet putt it into large pot of boiling water along with salt and drain well after taking out. Putt asparagus in the form of one layer inside the baking sheet of oven. Garnish pepper, salt and little olive oil then put it inside oven for 10 minutes. when you will take out it will become crispy from outside then cut them into 1 inches pieces. Now in large plate or bowl combine the ready ingredients of boiled pasta, cooked asparagus, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, pesto. Food is ready and served it with cold drinks.
