Baklava



"Baklava " : It is a pastry type sweet inside full of dry fruits. It is famous in all over the world because of it sweet taste and special cooking procedure but in Turkey and Azerbaijan It become king of theirs sweet cuisine. Their women cooked on Holy vacation of "Eid" and easily available at bakeries.
Its cooking procedure is very interesting. Usually a large flat pan is taken then make few layers of "phyllo" dough. Now putt some butter oil in the pan lay down the dough layers into the pan on these layers put minced dry fruit including nuts,pistachio,hazelnuts, now putt some other layers of dough then make a line cut make pieces what ever kind you like such as rectangular triangle heart shapes etc.and then put the pan into oven at 180 for 30 minutes during that time boil some more butter oil and rose water on small pot. when you takeout the pan from over just our that oily liquid on it and your sweet is ready now sir.
Serve it after getting cool.
