Chupal Kebabs


"Chupal Kebabs" : As today I was sitting outside on a sea side view with my girlfriend. Because of cloudy, cool and rainy weather she suddenly ask me about which food you will prefer for your lunch in such weather. The only recipe which comes to my mind at that time was "chupal Kebabs" because I once tried this in such weather and whenever I think about "Chupal Kebabs" a rejoicing taste come to mind whom I will never forget and it cooking is also not very difficult.

Ingredients : Minced Beef 1 pond, 1 very fine chopped onion, dry coriander 2 tablespoons, 1 cup of finely chopped fresh mint leaves, I cup of fresh green finely chopped coriander along with stems, 3 to 4 green or red chopped chilies but it is optional, Finely chopped green onion 3/4 cup, 3 tablespoon salt for taste and corn oil (for broiling), 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

Cooking :It having two cooking ways roasting in pan the other one broiling but I prefer Roasting one.

1- Mix all these ingredients in a big bowl very well except oil and left it inside bowl for 10 to 15 minutes then makes patties of meat mixture about 3 inches round and 1/2 inch thickness.
heat oil in a pan over medium heat remember oil layer in pan be like 1/4 inch. Now putt your patties and fry it until become brown it will take 2 to 3 minutes then rotate it and cook from other side during cooking you will smell a very delicious flavor and repeat rotating process of patties until it become golden brown form each side and don't cook it over high heat your patties become golden brown early but meet will not be cooked.

 2-In broiling method putt your patties on cookie sheet and brush with corn oil and then placed it under broiler grill each side might need 40 seconds.

Serve it hot along with flat bread, spicy ketchup.
