"Samosa" : It is a fast food type and very popular in Uzbekistan, Pakistan and India.
It is eaten with ketchup or some regional sauces. It has light brown color and triangle in shape, inside full of different mixed ingredients like potatoes, dried coriander, sometime diced beef etc. It is a hot food people love to eat samosa's in winter or in rainy season. Most of time it is cooked at bakeries but some people also made it at home. If someone want to try this food must good to some Indian restaurant or Uzbek kitchen.
